Leading up to Easter 2024, nearly 40 youngsters from the Junior Deeper Group (children aged 7- 11 years old) and the Youth Group (school year 6 and above) at Queens Road Baptist Church in Broadstairs, Kent, will be doing the “Grow Your £1.00 Challenge”.

We have been able to transfer funds to our partners in Uganda to purchase 10 new laptops and a projector. Money raised at our Christmas Cantate Concert and our Invicta Wind Orchestra Concert, plus a private donation, was sent to Crossroads Secondary School so that they could choose and buy the equipment they needed locally.
WOW! The Christmas Day 2022 Service collection at Queens Road Baptist Church in Broadstairs raised £700 and this has kindly been donated to Global Challenge to go towards the school meals at Crossroads Secondary School in Soroti, Uganda.
