Recipe for Success!

One of our supporters, John Simmonds, has suggested a brilliant fundraising idea…creating a recipe book! We, at Global Challenge HQ, think this is a tremendous idea and are asking for recipe donations. Recipes, along with photos and drawings, will be compiled and then produced into a booklet to be sold in aid of Global Challenge projects. We are thinking the funds raised could be put towards the school meals that we provide at Crossroads Secondary School in Soroti?

Initially our thoughts are for a selection of international recipes, but we are open to suggestions. We hope to bring back a few recipes from our next trustee trip to Uganda in October, 2024!

Below is the recipe sent to us by the staff at Crossroads School, of the cakes they made during a baking course at the school.
