Billy’s Graduation
Billy Outeke, our Special Needs Project Co-ordinator, has been studying hard on a course connected with community development. Billy is a medical officer at the hospital and we hope that one day he will train to be a doctor.
Billy graduated in November 2014 and we were delighted to receive this photo.
