Hair-Styling NOT Hair-raising!

The August haircare event held at Jill K’s Hair Studio in Ramsgate raised over £200 which will go towards helping to pay the salary of one of the teachers at Crossroads Secondary School in Soroti, Uganda. Our thanks go to Senior Stylist Katiie Jade who donated her time and all the money raised from the appointments to Global Challenge! Clients were offered a Wash, Blow Dry and Set for £17.50; Wash, Cut and Blow Dry for £35 or Restyle (including cut and blow dry) for £45.

Hairdressing encompasses a wide range of skills and techniques involved in styling and caring for hair. Hairdressers play a crucial role in helping people achieve their desired hairstyles and maintaining healthy hair. Katiie Jade used her skills and creativity to cut and style hair to create various looks and meet the unique preferences of her Global Challenge clients.

The people who attended the sessions described them as “fun and relaxing” and that they found their hair “shined under the heat of the sun” and “hair smelt so good!”  “My hair is so silky and looks gorgeous and lovely”.
