Baking Demonstration Skills

We are delighted to have heard from Robert Oluka, the Head teacher and teacher of Commerce (a wide subject, focusing on areas including economics, accounting, finance, human resource management, entrepreneurship and supply chain management) at Crossroads Secondary School, informing us of some of the great education occurring at the school. Classes S.3 and S.4 have been following a baking course. Guided by their teacher, and a resource person who was responsible for quality assurance, the students made cakes and then iced them the following day. Maybe our young supporters in the UK, who have been involved in recent cake sales, could swap recipes with our friends in Soroti?!
