Spotlight on Lillian

Lillian is the Director of Studies at Crossroads Secondary School. Lillian has been teaching at the school since 2007, teaching Geography and Religious Education. As her role as Director of Studies, Lillian spear heads the academic aspects ensuring the learning and teaching takes place effectively and that all is well. In the video, Lillian shares her challenges with us as well a little about her personal life and her hopes for the future of the pupils she teaches. A lovely story of empowerment, encouragement and enlightenment!
